Saturday’s “Evening With the Indies” event is shaping up to be inspiring for sooo many reasons. We already have our fabulous visiting guests (have announced Danny Lacey and Raffaello Degruttola already, still more to come…) who will be screening exclusive clips from their own projects and discussing their careers and experiences with our audience first hand.
But we are the Isle of Man Film Festival after all…so we have collared a number of Manx Independent filmmakers doing marvellous things further afield, to tell us about their experiences both on and off the Island. They’ve each taken time out of their crazy schedules to record messages especially for us (we feel loved!!)
We have messages from award winning movie makers, rising star Directors about to embark on their first feature, Hollywood-bound film friends – even a personal message from one of the most important and influential names on the British film circuit… who’s a Manxie too!
