WE’RE EXCITED TO BE BACK!

The Isle of Man Film Festival returns to the big screen from 7th to 10th October 2021.

The festival directors have been busy over at IOMFF HQ creating a programme of events for all of you IOM film fans to sink your teeth into. See below for details – with more to follow!

Dark Avenue Film Focus with Q&A

UCM Isle of Man | Thursday 7th October | from 6.30pm

Want to know what it takes to make a great mini-movie?

We’ve teamed up with multi-award winning young filmmakers Patrick Crellin and Bethany White who will share their journey, their craft and their secrets for filmmaking success.

Working along side the media team at University College Isle of Man for this, the first of IOMFF21, we will bring you exclusive first looks at Dark Avenue’s latest project plus screenings of two of their internationally successful short films.

We will also be joined by actor Freya Kingsley, who is the focus of docu-drama ‘Endless Summer’. Freya, Patrick and Bethany will share the incredible journey they had when the Pandemic forced them to adapt – Freya becoming the camera crew as well as lead actor, while Patrick and Bethany directed everything from another country!

Event includes networking meet & greet with canapés provided by the fabulous UCM catering team
