Don’t say we didn’t tell you..!

A little birdy told us (see what we did there?) that some of you had difficulty buying your Earlybird tickets over the weekend due to a tech hitch on the Villa website. So, not wanting anyone to miss out, we’ve decided to EXTEND the deadline for a further 48hours, so you won’t miss out. Aren’t we good to you?!

This means that for just £12.50 you can get your mitts on tickets to the exclusive preview of Davy Knowles’ music documentary “Island Bound” on Sept 10th, and to our Gala event on Saturday night with Mark Kermode, The Dodge Brothers and friends.

Also, we’ve got loads of cool stuff to share with you from over this weekend (we’ve been busy!) First, here is our OFFICIAL trailer, giving you an idea of the fab stuff you can see during IOMFF2014:

MTTVstill

And from our Press Launch yesterday, here’s a short interview with Festival Programmer Christy DeHaven by Paul Moulton of MTTV.

AND as if that’s not enough, this month’s issue of the supergorgeous Gallery Magazine is out, and has a double page spread about us – not to mention a fabulous feature on our friends at Manx Litfest (which happens a week after we wrap), and an interview with IOMFF Festival Co-ordinator Emily Cook. Brilliant!
You can pick up a copy for free in most good establishments and retailers on the Island, or can view it online here, with the film fun starting page 44.

3fm-logo-redWe’re also DELIGHTED that the lovely folk at 3FM have come on board as our Media Partners for the festival, so you’ll be hearing a lot more about events and fest happenings over the coming week.

To see a list of all events happening this year, which includes a special Isle of Man Film Q&A screening of “Belle” with BAFTA winning Director Amma Asante, see our Programme page here.

So, when its all done and dusted, and everyone is telling you what a fabulous time they had at IOMFF2014, don’t say we didn’t tell you… 🙂
